The Company was founded in April 01, 2004 by Mr.Simon Chan and Mrs.Suwanna Chan whom well-experienced peoples from the freight forwarding company for more than 15 years so with our good services reputation we have the very good relationship with many customers whom have been fully supporting us.

Management Structure

Our management team is composed of a number of well-experienced peoples from the USA freight forwarding industry. Currently, it comprises one President who are basically responsible for the company overall business activities and we are working independence with all overseas partners so all the decision are made by our President with quick and prompt action nevertheless we are also having very good relations with all overseas agents which is our heart of working since we mainly handle all the import shipment.

Capital

The Company has been registered with a registered paid-up capital of Baht Two millions and the capital money are shared by 2 owners. Thai owner has 51% of shares and foreigner has 49%
